Job Summary
The selected candidate for the Veterinary Medical Sales Representative Job will be responsible for veterinary medicines sales and marketing, collections, distributor management, and overall customer satisfaction across the assigned territory in the Nyanza Region.
Key Responsibilities
Candidates selected for this role will handle the following responsibilities:
- Developing and executing sales and marketing action plans
- Achieving assigned qualitative and quantitative sales targets
- Identifying and recruiting new customers
- Identifying business growth opportunities within the existing portfolio
- Managing distributor accounts effectively
- Conducting technical product training for distributor staff and animal health professionals
- Preparing monthly, cumulative, and product-wise sales performance reports
Skills & Qualification Required
Educational Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Animal Health
- OR Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Medicine and Surgery
Experience
- Maximum 3 years of experience in veterinary pharmaceutical sales
Mandatory Requirement
- Licensed and retained (2026) by the Kenya Veterinary Board
