- Conducting literature searches related to API/Formulation and preparing comprehensive IP landscape reports.
- Preparing Freedom to Operate (FTO) analysis for formulation/API and intermediates.
- Performing patent infringement analysis of formulations/API and providing IP clearance to F&D/API teams.
- Providing preliminary IP status for various countries of interest.
- Conducting patentability analysis and drafting patent applications.
- Ensuring timely updation of all reports.
