- M.Pharm in Analytical Chemistry
Key Roles & Responsibilities
As a Senior Research Associate – LCMS, the selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading nitrosamine impurity assessment in drug substances and drug products
- Performing NDSRI (Nitrosamine Drug Substance Related Impurity) risk assessment and control strategy development
- Method development and validation for trace-level nitrosamine detection using LC-MS/MS
- Preparing regulatory documentation for risk evaluation, confirmatory testing, and mitigation strategies
- Planning and monitoring Bioequivalence (BE) studies in compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines
- Ensuring adherence to USFDA, EMA, ICH, and CDSCO regulatory requirements
