Key Job Responsibilities
- Extensive experience in placing consultants in Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Healthcare & Life Sciences domains.
- Lead end-to-end US bench sales recruitment for Quality & Validation consultants.
- Work closely with US clients, vendors, and hiring managers to understand requirements.
- Ensure compliance with US immigration & tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Handle candidate onboarding and documentation efficiently.
- Source candidates using job portals, ATS, social media, and networking.
- Maintain strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients.
- Meet tight deadlines in a target-driven recruitment environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in US Bench Sales Pharma Recruitment
- Strong knowledge of US hiring models & compliance
- Excellent communication, screening & negotiation skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing tools
