- Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory guidelines
- Oversee manufacturing, scale-up & tech transfer activities
- Manage end-to-end API production operations
- Monitor batch production, yields & process efficiency
- Coordinate with QA, QC & Engineering teams
- Handle deviations, CAPA & change controls
- Maintain production documentation & batch records
