🧠 Responsibilities and Skills Required:
- Execute chemical reactions on mg to gram scale to synthesize required compounds as per client specifications.
- Purification and characterization of peptides using techniques such as NMR, LCMS, and HPLC.
- Handle various resins for synthesis and modifications like cyclization, disulfide bridge formation, stapling, etc.
- Experience in automated synthesizers and purification systems is a plus.
- Must be skilled in writing Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELN).
