Job Responsibilities
- Review of raw data forms and chromatograms for:
- Method development
- Method validation
- Project sample analysis
- Review of bulk spiking checklists and Excel sheets
- Verification of concentration data
- Review and compliance of SOPs and protocols
- Review of method validation and analytical study reports
- Monitoring temperature and humidity records in BR department
- Preparation of training matrix, training plan, and job descriptions
- Conduct SOP training for new employees
- Effective implementation of GLP and regulatory guidelines
- Review and maintenance of IQ/OQ/PQ documents
- Review of calibration reports and preventive maintenance records
- Maintenance of daily calibration records and logbooks
- Participation in internal system audits
- Review of CAPA, Deviation, and OOS
- Respond to sponsor and regulatory queries
- Provide SOP and regulatory guidance to BR personnel
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of BR-QC processes
- Understanding of GLP and regulatory compliance
