Research Associate CDMO job Key Responsibilities
As a Research Associate CDMO, your day-to-day will include:
- Carrying out pharmaceutical and agro intermediate molecule development.
- Conducting multi-step synthesis and impurity characterization.
- Supporting process optimization at gram scale and assisting in scale-ups.
- Preparing technology packages and performing efficient laboratory documentation.
- Using Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and industry-standard chemical synthesis techniques.
- Collaborating with senior scientists to innovate and improve methodologies.
Required Qualifications & Experience
To succeed in this Research Associate CDMO job, candidates should have:
- A Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of industrial experience in synthesis, piloting, or chemical process development.
- Strong understanding of multi-step synthesis and advanced reactions like halogenation and cyclization.
