- Experience: 1 to 3+ years

Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Research Associate in QA, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting process and retrospective audits of clinical phases of bio studies as per protocol and regulatory guidelines.
- Ensuring the implementation of corrective actions based on QA observations.
- Updating and reporting the audit status to the head of QA or their designee.
- Providing training on GCP and regulatory requirements to all employees.
- Preparing and reviewing SOPs to ensure system compliance.
- Carrying out system audits of in-house or contracted facilities and vendor audits.
- Preparing and analyzing deviation reports.
- Conducting and coordinating between trainers and trainees.
- Managing the storage and retrieval of project documents.
