Are you an experienced Quality Assurance professional with a passion for injectables? Gland Pharma is seeking talented individuals to join their team as a Quality Assurance – Validations expert at their MPSF Plant (Unit-II) in Pashamylaram, Hyderabad.
This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals with 8 to 13 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in injectables and validation. If you have a B. Pharm, M. Pharm, B. Sc, or M. Sc degree and a strong background in validation activities, we encourage you to attend our walk-in interview.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Preparation, review, and approval of master validation schedule and Validation Master Plan.
- Preparation and review of SOPs related to validations.
- Preparation, review, and approval of executed validation protocols and reports.
- Coordinating with validation team members and cross-functional departments.
- Review of layouts and drawings related to facility, utility, and equipment.
- Conducting SOP, GxP, and on-job training to validation team members.
- Participation in FAT and SAT of equipment; review of vendor documents.
- Handling new projects related to validation, assessment of deviations, and change control.
- Conducting and involvement in validation activities to ensure cGMP compliance.
- Maintenance and upkeep of all validation documents.
- Participating in self-inspection, customer, and regulatory audits.
- Delegating responsibilities to reporting authority in absence.
- Ensuring compliance with GxP requirements, data integrity, and escalating issues to reporting authority.
