Qualification & Experience Requirements
- Education:
- M.Pharm / M.Sc / Ph.D
- Specialization in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or Life Sciences
- Experience:
- Minimum 6+ years in Pharmaceutical IP Management
- At least 10+ patents filed and prosecuted (India / International)
Key Skills & Expertise
- Strong experience in API patent filings (mandatory)
- Exposure to NCE patent filings (preferred)
- Knowledge of ANDA and 505(b)(2) filings (added advantage)
- Patent drafting, prosecution, and IP strategy
