🔹 Position Details
- Designation: Formulation Development Scientist – PDMP
- Function: Product Development / R&D / CMC
- Experience: 12 – 15 years
- Location: Thurkapally, Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities
- Lead formulation development for liquid, frozen, and lyophilized plasma‑derived products.
- Conduct pre‑formulation studies and protein characterization.
- Design experiments using DOE and optimize formulations for scale‑up.
- Collaborate with analytical and manufacturing teams for technology transfer.
- Prepare technical reports, validation protocols, and regulatory documentation.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and ICH guidelines.
- Mentor junior scientists and support regulatory submissions.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Ph.D., M.Pharm, M.Tech, or M.Sc. in Pharmaceutics, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related fields.
- Experience: 12 – 15 years in formulation or product development of biologics or plasma‑derived products.
- Strong understanding of protein biochemistry and stability.
- Hands‑on experience with lyophilization and excipient screening.
- Familiarity with QbD and regulatory documentation.
