This Ganeta Pharma Job Vacancy is designed for a professional who can ensure the reliability and efficiency of electrical systems within our facility. We are looking for candidates with:
- Location: Ahmedabad
- Position: Full-time
- Desired Profile:
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Experience: 2–10 years in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing (OSD formulation plant experience preferred).
Key Responsibilities for This Ganeta Pharma Job Vacancy:
The successful candidate for this Ganeta Pharma Job Vacancy will be responsible for a wide range of critical electrical functions:
- Electrical Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
- Monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems, DG sets, UPS, HVAC systems, and power distribution panels.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults in production equipment (RMG, FBD, compression, coating, blister/strip packing machines).
- Equipment Installation & Validation:
- Supporting installation, commissioning, and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) of electrical components and machinery.
- Preventive & Predictive Maintenance:
- Planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules to ensure operational continuity.
- Regulatory Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensuring adherence to electrical safety standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements (WHO, EU, ANVISA).
- Maintaining thorough documentation including change controls, deviations, CAPA, and calibration records.
- Energy Management:
- Monitoring and optimizing plant energy consumption and driving energy-saving initiatives.
- Automation & Controls:
- Collaborating on PLC/SCADA-based systems, VFDs, HMIs, and automation projects.
Key Equipment & Systems Exposure:
You’ll gain exposure to advanced systems including OSD Equipment (RMG, FBD, compression machines, auto coaters, blister & strip packing machines), Utilities (DG sets, UPS, HT/LT panels, transformers, AHUs, HVAC systems), and Automation (Siemens & Allen Bradley PLCs, SCADA, VFDs, HMI panels).
