Drug Safety Executive Job Vacancy 2026 | Mumbai Qualification Required
- M.Pharm / B.Pharm / B.Sc
- 4–6 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance, preferably in training & compliance
Experience & Skill Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical or PV roles
- Prior PV training or relevant experience
- Hands-on exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience with Veeva LMS is preferred
- Strong training coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage PV and non-PV training programs
- LMS administration, training compliance, tracking, and reporting
- SOP and training document management
- Training impact analysis and continuous improvement
- Conduct internal training and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Support medical information and operations teams
- Handle training documentation, vendor quality oversight, and complaint handling
- Track regulatory changes and convert them into training programs
- Build and maintain training curriculums, libraries, and PV databases
