Packaging Machine Operator Job at Cipla
Job Role: Packaging Machine Operator
As a Packaging Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring Cipla’s life-saving medications meet the highest quality and safety standards. You’ll operate cutting-edge machinery, perform detailed procedures, and ensure efficient packaging and documentation.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate state-of-the-art packaging machines
- Execute SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and comply with cGMP standards
- Conduct troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and investigations
- Maintain accurate documentation in English
- Ensure product quality and process compliance
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s in Pharma or related field preferred)
- Strong English communication and writing skills
- Must be able to work on-site daily (no remote work allowed)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
Preferred Skills & Experience
- 1+ year of experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, cosmetic, or other cGMP environments
- Hands-on experience with packaging machinery
- Problem-solving, analysis, and technical investigation skills
