Key Responsibilities:
- Testing of raw materials, slurry, base powder & finished detergent
- Monitoring parameters like pH, moisture, bulk density & fragrance stability
- Performing in-process quality checks during batching, mixing & packing
- Approval or rejection of materials based on standards
- Maintaining lab records, test reports & batch documentation
- Coordination with production team for quality consistency
- Handling lab equipment and ensuring calibration
- Supporting new formulation trials and sample analysis
- Ensuring compliance with SOPs, GMP & safety norms
- Identifying defects and implementing corrective actions
