- Sterile Shift Incharge: 10 to 12 years experience, B.Sc./M.Sc (Chemistry) / B.Pharm / M.Pharm.
- Non-Sterile Operator / Officer: 2 to 8 years experience, B.Sc./M.Sc (Chemistry) / BE / B.Tech.
- Non-Sterile Shift Incharge: 8 to 12 years experience, B.Sc./M.Sc (Chemistry) / BE / B.Tech.
- Warehouse:
- RM/PM – Head Warehouse: 12 to 15 years experience, B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Com / M.Com.
- QA (Quality Assurance):
- QMS – Officer & Executive: 4 to 7 years experience, M.Sc (Analytical Chemistry) / M.Pharm / B.Pharma.

- QC Chemical:
- In process/Finish Product/ Packing & Raw materials – Asst. Manager: 8 to 12 years experience, B.Sc./M.Sc (Chemistry).
- GLP & Raw materials – Officer: 2 to 4 years experience, B.Sc./M.Sc (Chemistry).
- QC (Micro):
- Operation – Officer / Sr. Executive: 3 to 5 years / 5 to 10 years experience, M.Sc (Micro) / B.Sc (Micro).
