As an Associate Research Scientist – DMPK, you’ll be responsible for conducting specialized in-vitro ADME studies, bioanalytical workflows, and ensuring data integrity during drug metabolism research. This role is ideal for early-to-mid career scientists ready to contribute to impactful preclinical research.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will typically:
- Conduct in-vitro ADME assays including solubility, stability, plasma protein binding, metabolism, drug-drug interactions, and permeability studies.
- Prepare and interpret bioanalytical samples and analyze LC-MS/MS data.
- Record, compile, and ensure data integrity with accurate reporting.
- Draft study plans and detailed reports summarizing experimental findings.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and adhere to SOPs and safety standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills
To be eligible for this role, candidates should have:
✔ Education: Master’s degree in Pharmacy / Biotechnology / Chemistry / Biochemistry or related life sciences field.
✔ Experience: 1-4 years of relevant experience in DMPK, ADME, or bioanalytical research.
✔ Practical skills in LC-MS/MS data acquisition and analysis.
✔ Strong analytical thinking, scientific reporting, and teamwork skills.
