Lupin Packing OSD Job Vacancy 2025
Lupin, one of the leading pharmaceutical companies, is hiring for multiple positions in Packing OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) at their Pitampur, Madhya Pradesh facility. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in packing operations and knowledge of cGMP & GDP standards.
Available Positions
1. Operator – Primary Packing (Bottle Line)
- Experience Required: Minimum 0.5 years (ITI / B.Sc / Diploma)
- Job Description:
- Operate and troubleshoot Bottle Packing Line with primary machines like Counting Machine, Rotary Capping Machine, Silica Inserter, Checkweigher, Metal Detector, etc.
- Perform machine changeover tests and in-process primary bottle packing line.
- Knowledge of cGMP & GDP is mandatory.
2. Operator – Secondary Packing (Bottle Line)
- Experience Required: Minimum 0.5 years (ITI / B.Sc / Diploma)
- Job Description:
- Operate and troubleshoot Bottle Packing Line with secondary machines like Labeling Machine, Induction Sealing Machine, Outserter, Jekson Track & Trace.
- Conduct machine changeover tests and in-process secondary bottle packing line.
- Good knowledge of cGMP & GDP.
3. Officer – Bottle Packing Line
- Experience Required: Minimum 3 years (B. Pharm)
- Job Description:
- Supervise Bottle Packing Line and counting machines for primary and secondary areas.
- Manage compliance with USFDA & MHRA guidelines.
- Coordinate track and trace systems, documentation (BMR/BPR, SAP transactions), and handle change parts.
4. Operator – Primary Packing (Blister Line)
- Experience Required: Minimum 0.5 years (ITI / B.Sc / Diploma)
- Job Description:
- Operate and troubleshoot IMA-PG Express Blister Packing Machine.
- Conduct machine changeover tests and in-process primary blister packing line.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP & GDP.
Pre-Requisites for Interview
- Minimum 60% marks if experience is less than 5 years.
- Previous relieving/experience letters are mandatory.
- Candidates must not have attended Lupin interviews in the last 6 months.
- All positions are based in Pitampur, Madhya Pradesh.
Regulatory Requirements
- USFDA & MHRA regulatory exposure is mandatory for all roles.
