Job Profile
As a Research Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Experimental Design and Execution: Conduct molecular biology experiments including PCR, qPCR, cloning, recombinant protein expression, and gene expression analysis.
- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze and interpret experimental data using statistical tools and prepare comprehensive research reports.
- Lab Management: Maintain equipment, manage reagents and samples, ensure safety compliance, and oversee laboratory protocols.
- Research and Development: Stay updated on the latest molecular biology developments and contribute to planning new research projects.
Requirements
- Proficiency in PCR, gel electrophoresis, and gene cloning techniques.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and practices.
Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: Specialization in Molecular Biology, Gene Cloning, and Protein Expression.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in molecular biology techniques and laboratory practices. Prior research experience is advantageous.
