About Auro Royal Program (ARP)
The ARP is a Skill Enhancement Training Program offered by Aurobindo Pharma Foundation. It focuses on advanced domains like:
- QC (Quality Control)
- QA (Quality Assurance)
- ARD (Analytical R&D)
- FARD (Formulation Analytical R&D)
- Stability Studies
This program bridges the gap between academic knowledge and industry requirements, helping fresh graduates become industry-ready in Formulation and API verticals.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications:
- B.Pharmacy
- M.Sc (Analytical or Organic Chemistry)
- Diploma / ITI
- Year of Passing:
- 2023, 2024, or 2025
- Minimum Score:
- 60% aggregate or above
Program Details
- Training Duration: 4 Months

APLRC-II, Hyderabad - Stipend:
- ₹15,000/month (B.Pharmacy & M.Sc)
- ₹8,000 or ₹5,000/month (Diploma & ITI based on role)
