Educational Qualifications
Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:
- M.Sc. in Medicinal Chemistry
- M. Pharm in Medicinal Chemistry
- PhD / Post Doctorate in a relevant field
Experience Required
- 10–15 years of experience in the CRO (Contract Research Organization) industry
Key Roles & Responsibilities
As a Principal Scientist, you will:
- Drive molecule design using SAR insights, integrating biology, ADME/DMPK, and computational tools
- Lead complex medicinal chemistry projects including route design and multi-step synthesis
- Perform analytical interpretation using techniques like NMR, LC-MS, and HPLC
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as biology, DMPK, and CADD
- Contribute to client interactions, patents, technical reports, and lab improvements
