Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Bench Sales Pharma Recruiter, your responsibilities will include:
- Placing consultants with Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, and Life Sciences clients
- Handling end-to-end recruitment for Quality & Validation consultants
- Supporting top pharmaceutical and life sciences clients
- Ensuring compliance with US immigration and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Streamlining candidate onboarding processes
- Collaborating with hiring managers and vendors to understand technical requirements
- Delivering qualified candidates within tight timelines
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with employees, vendors, and clients
- Sourcing candidates through job portals and social media platforms
- Strong screening, negotiation, and communication skills
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Hands-on experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2+ years experience in Bench Sales / Pharma Recruitment
- Experience in US Healthcare, Pharma, Medical Devices, or Life Sciences staffing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work in US night shifts
