Key Responsibilities

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, B.Pharm, M.Sc, B.Sc (preferably relevant fields)
- Medical degrees (BHMS, BAMS, BDS, MBBS) may also be considered
Certification:
- CPC (Certified Professional Coder) certification is mandatory/preferred
Experience:
- 2–5 years of relevant medical coding experience
- Experience in evaluation and management coding (E/M) and CPT coding is preferred
Skills:
- Strong understanding of medical terminology
- Knowledge of coding standards (ICD, CPT, HCPCS)
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and quality-driven attitude
