- Handling Grade A/B or RLAF dispensing booths
- Ensuring contamination-free dispensing operations
SAP Operations
- Goods Receipt (GRN)
- Inventory blocking & unblocking
- Material issuance against process orders
- SAP B1 (MM / WM modules)
Documentation (ALCOA+ & GDP)
- Strict adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Accurate logbook entries and batch records
- Preventing cross-contamination through precise documentation
SOP & Training
- SOP preparation and implementation
- Daily logbook maintenance
- Balance verification and calibration
- Cold chain material handling
Safety & Environment
- Handling hazardous chemicals and APIs
- Maintaining temperature & humidity logs
- Following EHS and safety guidelines
Core Skills Required
- Dispensing of APIs & excipients
- Sampling procedures
- Weighing balance calibration
- FIFO / FEFO material management
- Labeling & material movement
Software & Technical Skills
- SAP B1 (MM / WM Modules)
- MS Excel (reconciliation trackers & reports)
