Senior Executive – Production
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Chemical Engineering – First Class mandatory)
- Experience: 3 to 8 Years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handling hazardous chemicals as Shift In-Charge
- Operation of distillation columns, reactors, filters, scrubbers, dryers & pumps
- Bromination, chlorination, hydrogenation & distillation operations
- Independent DCS operation (minimum 2 years)
- Strong exposure to safety systems and norms
Senior Executive – Instrumentation
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Instrumentation & Control – First Class mandatory)
- Experience: 3 to 8 Years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance & calibration as per schedule
- Planning of jobs, consumables & spares
- Breakdown coordination with Production team
- Execution of laid-down procedures & practices
Junior Engineer – Instrumentation
- Qualification: Diploma in Instrumentation & Control
- Experience: 3 to 8 Years
- Key Skills Required:
- DCS / PLC systems
- Fieldbus exposure (preferred)
- Testing, calibration & troubleshooting
- Control valves, mass flow meters, analyzers, level & pressure transmitters
Senior Executive – Mechanical
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering – First Class mandatory)
- Experience: 3 to 8 Years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Glass-lined reactors & graphite equipment
- ANF, RVPD, vacuum systems & pumps
- Safety systems: HAZOP, HIRA, PSSR
- Effluent handling, waste disposal & scrubber operation
Senior Executive – Quality Control (Only for Women)
- Qualification: M.Sc (Chemistry – First Class mandatory)
- Experience: 8 to 10 Years
- Key Skills Required:
- GC, HPLC, GCMS, KF Titrator
- Calibration & troubleshooting of lab instruments
- In-process sample analysis
- Implementation of 5S, TQM & IMS
