Quality Control Sr. Analyst Job in Hyderabad 2026 Key Responsibilities
As a Quality Control Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for:
✔ Performing both routine and non-routine analytical testing of raw materials, in-process, finished products, and stability samples.
✔ Operating, calibrating, and troubleshooting analytical instruments including HPLC, UV, IR, and GC.
✔ Preparing, reviewing, and validating analytical documents such as SOPs, Certificates of Analysis (COAs), and test reports.
✔ Ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), and data integrity principles (like ALCOA+).
✔ Maintaining laboratory documentation, handling deviations, OOS/OOT results, and supporting investigations.
✔ Assisting in audit preparation and maintaining audit readiness.
✔ Collaborating with cross-functional teams for timely batch and sample release.
Quality Control Sr. Analyst Job in Hyderabad 2026 Required Qualifications & Skills
