Job Summary
The selected candidate will be responsible for pharmaceutical sales, customer service, collections, and relationship management within the assigned territory. The role focuses on promoting Cosmos products while ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify market needs and drive product sales
- Promote Cosmos pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals
- Plan daily, weekly, and monthly field activities using CRM tools
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide technical product information and distribute samples
- Manage customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Handle payment collections and follow up on overdue accounts
