Job Details
- Department: API Research & Development
- Experience Required: 4–6 Years (Immediate Joiners Preferred)
- Qualification: MSc Organic Chemistry
- Job Location: Jeedimetla, Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize robust and scalable API manufacturing processes
- Perform route scouting and process optimization to improve yield, quality, safety, and sustainability
- Handle process scale-up from laboratory to pilot and commercial scale
- Provide technical support during engineering and validation batches
- Develop and optimize crystallization, salt selection, polymorph control, and particle size distribution
- Prepare and review Process Development Reports (PDRs) and Technology Transfer documents
- Collaborate with Analytical R&D, QA, Regulatory Affairs, and Manufacturing teams
- Execute laboratory experiments as per project requirements
