1. Production Incharge
- Qualification/Experience: B. Pharma / M. Sc / M. Pharma with 10+ Years of experience.
- Required Skills (Injectables):
- Efficiently plan and manage production schedules, ensuring optimal utilization of manpower.
- Handle QMS (Quality Management System) events through thorough investigations and propose effective CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of outputs.
- Identify and implement strategies to minimize downtimes and reduce rejection rates.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience in facing regulatory and customer audits and lead the team to maintain a state of continuous compliance and readiness.
2. Production Chemist to Executive
- Qualification/Experience: B. Pharma / M. Sc / M. Pharma with 2 to 6 Years of experience.
- Required Skills (Injectables):
- Experience in compounding aseptic operations and aseptic behavior’s equipment troubleshooting and solution oriented.
- Ensuring online documentation, CFT co-ordination, etc.
