We are expanding our Research & Development department at Nandesari GIDC, Vadodara, with the following vacancies:
1. Chemist / Officer / Sr. Officer – R&D
- Positions: 1
- Qualification: M.Sc (Industrial / Inorganic / Applied Chemistry)
- Experience: 1-4 years in the Chemical Industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute laboratory experiments as per project requirements
- Maintain accurate records of lab activities and observations
- Coordinate with the Pilot Plant team for scale-up and technology transfer
2. Operator – R&D (Pilot Plant)
- Positions: 2
- Qualification: ITI (AOCP / LACP)
- Experience: 1-5 years in the Chemical Industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor pilot plant processes
- Record detailed activities of all pilot processes
- Work with QC on quality checks
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and SOPs
3. Executive – ADL
- Positions: 1
- Qualification: M.Sc (Industrial / Inorganic / Applied Chemistry)
- Experience: 4-7 years in the Chemical Industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience with ICP, Surface Area Analyzer, Particle Size Analyzer, Auto Titrator
- Method development & validation for new products and raw materials
- Conduct literature review and technical research
