Available Positions and Key Responsibilities
Gland Pharma is hiring for the following positions in its production department for injectables:
Production Line – Incharge
- Qualification & Experience: B. Pharma / M. Sc / M. Pharma with 10+ years of experience.
- Required Skills:
- Efficiently plan and manage production schedules.
- Handle Quality Management System (QMS) events with thorough investigations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify strategies to minimize downtimes and reduce rejection rates.
- Lead the team to maintain continuous compliance and readiness.
Production Chemist to Executive
- Qualification & Experience: B. Pharma / M. Sc / M. Pharma with 2 to 6 years of experience.
- Required Skills:
- Experience in compounding aseptic operations.
- Aseptic behavior’s equipment troubleshooting and solution-oriented approach.
- Ensuring online documentation and CFT co-ordination.
